We take the protection of your personal data very seriously where such data is collected, processed and used when you visit our homepage. In the following we would like to inform you that we will ask you for personal data and that such data will be electronically stored. Your customer data will be collected, processed and used by us in compliance with the applicable regulations of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telemedia Act (TMG). Your personal data will be collected only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes, and will not be retained on a person-related basis for longer than necessary.

1. Collection and processing of data

You can visit our Internet page without having to provide any personal information. We merely store access data without any personal reference, such as for example the browser type/version, the operating system used, the referrer URL (the previously visited site), the host name of the accessing computer (IP address), the time of the server request. These data are used exclusively for improving our services, and we cannot infer any personally identifying information from them. We only collect personal data if you voluntarily disclose them to us within the scope of ordering goods or subscribing to our newsletter. Without your express consent, we exclusively use the data disclosed by you for processing and carrying out your order. Upon full performance of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, your data will be blocked for any further use, and after expiry of the mandatory periods we have to comply with to fulfil our tax and commercial law obligations, the data will be deleted, unless you have expressly agreed to further use of your data. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, your email address will with your consent be used for own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, which is possible at any time.

2. Transfer of personal data to third persons

Your personal data is only transferred or otherwise provided to third parties if this is necessary for contract processing - especially for passing on order details to suppliers, for accounting purposes, or if you have expressly given your prior consent. In those cases, however, the extent of the transferred data is limited to the required minimum. You do at any time have the right to revoke your consent to a transfer of your data with effect for the future. We will transfer your data to other persons only if this is a mandatory legal requirement, which for example applies to authorities. Other than that, we will under no circumstances transfer your personal data to any third person for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

3. Cookies

They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective, and more secure. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies", which after your stay on our website will be automatically deleted from your computer. 4. Newsletter

If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we will need your valid email address as well as some information enabling us to verify whether you are the holder of the given email address, or whether the holder of the email address agrees to receiving the newsletter. No further data will be collected. You can at any time revoke your consent to the storage of data, the email address and its use for sending the newsletter.

5. Google-Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and provide an analysis of the usage of the website. Find more information on cookies in the context of this data protection under the heading "Cookies". The information, generated by the cookie about your use of the Website (including your IP address), is usually sent to a server of Google in the US and stored there. Your IP address is technically shortened and is therefore anonymous and cannot be traced back. Only in exceptional cases we will transfer the full IP address to a Google server in the US, there the IP will be shortened. In our request, Google will use this information, to evaluate your use of the website to report on website activity and for further use of the website and internet usage related services to us. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, if this is required by law or as far as third parties are concerned with this data in the order from Google. 6. Information right and deletion

You are at any time entitled to obtain information, to correction, blocking and, if necessary, deletion of your stored data, free of charge. Your personal data stored will be deleted when you revoke your consent to storage, when the knowledge of data is no longer needed for the purposes for which they were stored or when storage is unlawful for other legal reasons.
